My colleagues across all functions are very helpful and hardworking people, our products are highly innovative, the senior management team is made up of industry veterans who are the best at what they do, and operates a no corporate BS approach which I find very refreshing. Communication is 100% transparent across the entire organisation, which is essential given the number of remote workers and offices we have. New ideas are encouraged, and the executive team always makes sure that the right level of guidance and support is provided to bring those ideas to Iife. People feel trusted and valued. I simply wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
