Pay scale not good, worse middle management, biased appraisals, HR Dept not supportive, sudden terminations, buttering works over work, no personal development plans.

With a new talent management system that focuses on job growth and job rotation, we are seeing a major shift in the areas that were of concern to you. We believe that graduates can bring fresh thinking and a dynamic energy to the business and become seriously strong engineers. I am glad that you are enjoying it here. I would love to understand more about the problems with communication. We are working on this in some areas, I am assuming it is not just language skills, but listening skills, simple and visual communication and emotional connections that you feel are lacking.
