Best place where alot of importance is given to develop your skills, train yourself and do certifications to keep up in today's world. Salary increments are better comapred to industry. Plus performance based recognition is one of the best.

Minpunten

Cant expect the offices to look swanky and big like other huge IT companies.

Learning. Work life balance. Supportive managers. Good scope for learning(you won't get it in any company). Leave policy is good. You'll get compensatory off for the extended hours of work you did. I left for better salary but now I feel regret regarding learning.

Minpunten

Some times you need to extend work due to down time activities. Hikes depends on project. Team outing kind of activities not there.
