      We are always happy to discuss concerns at work with those who bring it to our attention. . It is unfortunate that you did not have a good experience working at SecureLayer7. However we would have appreciated you bringing it to our notice when you were employed with the organization. Any deductions from salary is well documented in the CTC and thus every employee is aware of it. About Salary, Its very clear to all the employees that its happens on or before 7th of every month so this cant be termed as " Salary not on Time"

      1. The work culture is very good. 2. We promote a environment to foster new ideas and discuss about doubts and getting advice and teaching on new methodologies to approach a target. 3. There are occasional fun activities conducted by the learning and development head who bring together to entire organization to participate in fun activates to get a break the daily routine and enjoy the interaction with the colleagues. 4. The needs of oneself are taken into great consideration and given much importance. 5. The work culture feels like another family interaction.
