Pluspunten

I believe they genuinely have the client's interests first. They do not chase trends and have been a steady financial company for many years for that reason. Communication with upper management is possible.

Minpunten

They do not cross train their departments so it can be very frustrating if you have a question that cannot be answered. No one knows where to direct you. The paperwork systems are not connected between departments so everything is printed in triplicate. The benefits are not very good.

A high-performing team that prioritizes impact and consistently delivers high-quality work. Lots of cross functional awareness and training. Plenty of resources and documentation to accomplish tasks without overloading expectations.

Minpunten

Some of the complex architecture and team structure can be a little overwhelming at first, but part of this is because of security around health and financial data. There is also so much opportunity as the team peruses continuous moderation and alignment
