They don't trust their employees. At all. If you want a sick leave for half a day to nurse a headache or something, you still have to get a doctor's letter. Mismanagement in all aspects of the company. Family run company. Anyone not from the family is treated as if they were a manservant. Did not take funding early on and now competitors have moved ahead a lot with investor money. It's next to impossible to catch up.
