      Lack of professionalism from owner and management. They talk down to you like you're some kind of 3rd class citizen, get upset when you request a day off, and they also have 0 knowledge of local/state laws. Don't even waste your time you're better off working for a big company.

      The best part of working here was when management was out of the office.

      The owner and his wife argue frequently, so it can be a very awkward environment. I constantly felt like I was walking on eggshells, don't make a mistake or you will regret it. Prepare for some condescending comments that will make you question your self worth. The owner is very stressed and he projects that onto everyone there.
