Pluspunten
Security First Corp provided the opportunity to do meaningful work. The product has great potential and can be a valuable tool in protecting information. Upper management cared/cares about the individual employee. There was a team spirit among our co-workers. Most team members had solid experience in software development and testing and were competent at the work they were doing.
Minpunten
Standardizing product testing was difficult due to multiple teams and resistance by some team to do the difficult and tedious testing required for a quality product. The development group sometimes changed direction and acted independently - often for the betterment of the product, and at times causing confusion. Burn out could be a problem due to the intensity of the work we were doing.
