The organization is maturing and evolving it's processes. One of the greatest parts of scorecard is the people you get to work with. It's truly global so you get to collaborate with people from around the world. There is plenty of potential to shape your career path and have an impact on the culture and future of the company. Interesting technology problems to solve and there are people who genuinely are interested in solving them. The remote culture is a lot better then many companies of a similar size. On the whole the company is getting better at finding areas to improve and actioning on that improvement. There are plenty of opportunities to collaborate outside of your group and it's something that's encouraged.

Some managers do not hold their teams accountable which creates more work for others. Definition of done isn't always clear and attempts to get clarity are dismissed.
