Extremely silo-ed departments. No cross-communication. Management pays only lip service to "Articles of Excellence" (called "Core Values" at all other companies). Management in some departments doesn't care about their worker-bees.
Often (always?) management makes decisions based on their total lack of knowledge of what their teams actually do, without even consulting their teams.
Minimal raises in the past, unless you change jobs within the organization.
No bonuses.
Goal to streamline everything to assembly line like conditions, and you are the line-worker.
