Years ago, the Money used to be straight fire. their favorites were the carrots. they did anything to keep their carrots in PLACE, I mean anything, then, things started catching up and the lies began adding up.. the pay began to shrink and the stress began to rise and the accusations began this is the essence of SQ.

they won't be around long. They are lying to everybody, all on sm trying to fool folks, but everyone knows what they have done and why they continue to get away with doing what they do to agents, customers, and investors. Its ugly. Their culture is toxic and they promote the very worse.
