The people that I work with are dedicated, hardworking and wonderful people. After some rough waters with disconnected management and COVID, things seem to be getting back on track. The new management team seems to care about our success and I'm starting to see many changes for the good. The pace of work is manageable. Some of my friends in similar positions complain about being worked like slaves, it's not like that here...it's busy, but not overwhelming.

I wish there was better training available and a clear path for advancement. I hear theyre working on that, but we'll see. Observed holidays are bare minimum and they are strict with shift start times and end times - not much flexibility, at least for production workers.
