      You’ll learn a lot, but be prepared to work crazy hours.

      Minpunten

      Pretty much everything else - poor management, whims of the ceo filter through everything — he uses company money wildly and poorly, leading to waves of layoffs and then hiring when it becomes obvious that he’s now missing the roles needed for the business to function. The focus at the top is recognizable names in seats rather than successful work. No benefits (insurance, retirement, family leave).

      Communications sometimes is poor between departments. Career Opportunities not great as expected.

      Pluspunten

      Management style is very straightforward and hands off for the most part. Depending on your role, hours can be long and underpaid. Joe Cohen is a character but friendly overall.

      Propensity to direct blame if things go wrong.
