They don´t care about that. *zero interest in the employee, poor benefits *The people with high positions in the company treat you with a despot actitude *If you like to be professional this is not for you. They value more than you like the party that if you do your job well. Forget to grow in the company if you´re not available to forget your life and be connect all the time. *They don´t give you the tools to make your job, but later acuse you if you don´t do it
