Environment is very fast-paced – achieving balance can be challenging at times. However, exec team sets a positive example from the top down; many actively balance workload with hobbies, newborns, side-gigs, and understand that we all have lives outside of work. There is also a generous PTO policy and taking time off is encouraged.

Leadership often attributes layoffs to delays or issues with contract renewals, yet the business development team—responsible for securing those contracts—remains unaffected during workforce reductions. Transparency regarding the company's overall health and direction is lacking. Leadership frequently makes vague promises about major upcoming initiatives, only to follow up with layoffs affecting even top-performing employees.
