Maximum flexibility, like working from home which was important for me.
Unlimited PTO etc.
Salary is nice and the job is not too overwhelming.

So far none, everything has been great. From colleagues who are supportive in everything, to team lead which is always there for you during and after onboarding. HR responding quickly etc.
