Pluspunten
The leadership is hands down one of the best teams I've experienced and I have a lot of experience holding senior leadership positions as well as seven years in the US Army which has some of the most excellent leaders in this country. The CEO has done an excellent job focusing on improving Senior's manufacturing capabilities as well. Sameer Madan scores an A+ as a CEO, very proactive, very hands on and very aware of all facets of the company he leads.
Minpunten
Training is sub-standard, they are working on that but that is the current state. The manufacturing is 90% skilled trades work (which they excel at) so there isn't much in the way of modernization that can be done other than modernizing the warehouse system and purchasing or updating individual work benches etc, however the cleanliness of the plant is a real problem, also the lighting should be improved.
