I joined this company in a junior role, knowing I had no experience in logistics. I was excited to be part of a fast-growing organization and eager to learn new things. After just two months, I was assigned to the company’s largest and most profitable account. That’s when my experience took a dramatic turn. The manager I worked under was very challenging and often difficult to work with. Her communication style could be aggressive and sometimes made it hard for new hires to feel supported. Despite being hired for a junior role with no logistics background, I received limited training or support. There were times I felt excluded from conversations, and my questions were sometimes met with dismissive responses. Management was aware of these challenges, and the work culture could feel very competitive. During my feedback session, I was told that my lack of confidence was the issue, which felt unfair given the environment.
