No Laid Off policy, different experience, Roller coaster ride - werkgeversreview Full Stack Developer bij SenseGrass

I Joined Sensegrass at Jaipur office, as employee referral, it worked for me, assign me a project along with another team members, very KPI centric, easy going, work culture. They have some good policies like flexible work timing, no work hour count, no lay off policy, etc but very focus on KPIs and skills, only few people left or terminate due to mismatch in company mission and employee skills, I am one of them, but very positive and learning exprience.
