Without acquiring Cisco certs, a salary increase is difficult to obtain. * Vacation time is considered lower than other MSPs. * Extremely challenging work which will absolutely ensure burnout at various times throughout your career here. * Promotions come with a sub 5% pay increase, whereas they're typically closer to 10% in other companies. * Tools such as ticketing systems and credential management are lacking and need dedicated improvement. * Because of the emphasis on certifications, work life balance is very low. Studying for and obtaining various vendor certs is essentially a second job on-top of the daily heavy workload that comes in.
