* Amazing people in all critical roles * The R&D is small enough for everyone to have a big impact, while company is large enough to deal with huge customers, and provide big challenges * Awesome vibe and commitment by everyone

Minpunten

* Scaling up a company to deal with such huge growth is not an easy feat. While growing pain was more evident in the past, it has improved a lot lately, and is a natural process no company can escape from.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
