Pluspunten

Geweldig bedrijf in de juiste tijd en de juiste branche. Het is verbazingwekkend dat een bedrijf van 350 mensen bedrijven die 4 of 5x groter zijn kan evenaren en verslaan in zo'n concurrerende branche en markt. Dat gezegd hebbende, iedereen moet zijn werk doen en het resultaten laten zien. We zijn te smal en gaan te snel om ballast mee te dragen. De meeste negatieve beoordelingen van S1 op deze site zijn afkomstig van mensen die geen resultaten konden laten zien of hun werk niet hebben gedaan.

Minpunten

Dit is een zeer competitieve ruimte en SentinelOne gaat als een rakett, dus het is veel werk dat snel komt en altijd verandert.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Minpunten

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
