Pluspunten

Company is still growing very fast. Scale is growing daily. Lots of interesting technological challenges with engineering growth. With all that - employees are being listened to, and there is a genuine investment in the employees and personal growth

Minpunten

The pace is still strong. Such a big company growing 130% YoY is hard. We ran very very fast throughout the years amd still lots of things are not structured and have clear paradigms. Resourcefulness is still a critical trait for every engineer. This is not suitable for anyone

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Minpunten

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
