Pluspunten

Any good review of this company was asked by their boss to write it. There is no pros this is a company run by humans with no experience who will run your building into the ground if given the opportunity. Then they will smile in your face but avoid you if you have an actual problem. Don’t believe any 5 star review. they will hire anyone but the right person as long as the new hire says yes to every nonsensical demand. And they don’t care about turnover or quality of life of any employee.

HR will say sorry for their completely out of line behavior but they will not fix the problems they are creating!! It’s run by a board who just watches numbers and is waiting to flip this set of numbers to the next as soon as it’s been in the positive long enough. They will mistreat you and then say it’s your fault. They will withhold information and “perks” of the job until it services them. I was asked to attend a meeting with a supervisor and they just didn’t show up the whole day without saying anything! (pretty common for Sentral) No respect was ever given one time from any level at this company. Unless you are a part of the “in” group of traveling supervisors who assume they have all the knowledge and answers. You are on your own! I have never in my life felt this much disrespect and lack of care from a business.

I experienced significant workplace exclusion and unprofessional behavior under previous management. When I reported a security guard for unsafe conduct (sleeping on the lobby couch while guests waited for assistance), the concern was not addressed promptly and I was required to continue working with him for months. The situation later escalated into a serious incident involving that guard and a resident, after which he was terminated. Earlier intervention could likely have prevented the situation. There was also a persistent culture of gossip and rumor-spreading among certain coworkers. Passive-aggressive comments and cliquish behavior were common, despite my consistently maintaining a professional and cooperative attitude. While some managers recognized and praised my work, the workplace dynamics created a stressful environment. The situation ultimately took a toll on my mental health and contributed to my decision to leave. To be fair, the new director has made efforts to improve professionalism and reduce the “clique” culture, but there is still work to be done to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for staff.
