Once hands changed ownership, the great booming culture took a nosedive. The new management have no idea, or just don't care, how Sentry built its customer base, through extraordinary installations and continued superior customer-centric service. Our former CEO was success focused but humble at the same time. The new CEO, and his a his little helper (CFO or whatever her title), is arrogant and couldn't care less about the people that make the company thrive. Upper management and HR used to have an open door policy, but I wouldn't go to them now. I've been in this industry long enough to know that this kind of leadership will fail in the US. That's why so many of my coworkers have jumped ship, and why new employees aren't staying long.
