Great benefits, decent pay, fun coworkers, strong promotional opportunities

Minpunten

Overworked and understaffed. You almost have to work overtime every week unless you want to fall behind on all of your work. Management always slapping you on the hand for silly things but not acknowledging good things everyone does.

We recognize claims demands can be irregular, so we consistently monitor staffing levels to take a best approach towards preventing this issue. We also have opportunities in place for managers to recognize their associate’s hard work by offering incentives like bonuses and salary increases.
