Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I recognize claims have been variable as we adapt to shifting COVID-19 regulations, but we’ve been actively adding to our claims staff in order to level out workloads. We encourage our associates to regularly communicate with their managers regarding their workload so they can help shift and manage things, where possible. In regards to diversity, please know while our workforce reflects the communities where we’re located, we’re actively identifying new approaches to recruitment and retention.
