Schedule, work-life balance is not great, working 7-10 days in a row for no real reason, high turnover, no time for a connection to coworkers or work enviroment.

Thank you for your review. Our hybrid work model is here to stay, with employees in the office Tuesday–Thursday, and the opportunity to work from home on Monday and Friday.
