The health insurance is fantastic. Probably the best. The work is not boring but do you want to keep working and let your manager taking all the credits????

Minpunten

No career growth. Worked there for almost 9 years without any promotion even though consistently worked on high-profile projects. Even got awards from the GM but just a standard % raise yearly. Whereas other un-performance individuals are being promoted as part of diversity inclusion.

If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
