Sequence pays well, and generally tries to keep their consultants happy and growing. The best thing they have going for them is their Talent Acquisition as they consistently hire hard working and friendly people. The company culture is good, it feels like youre working with your friends. If you work hard and advocate for yourself with your manager, you will likely be promoted. Depending on the project, you will either have a lot of work, or very little. So experience and growth can be in flux, but they are trying to supplement their training facility with that to ensure you learn as much as you want to. They also have a physical tracker to being promoted so its easier to see where you stand, what you need to work on, and how far you are from your next step up. However, they consistently try to change to get better, so some people show frustration from moving goalposts.

Some people complain about not getting recognized enough for their work and struggles with promotions.
