Do not work here! This is the worst scamming job that I’ve ever had in my life. The management is just horrible, they can’t give you any real information on HR, doesn’t even have a direct HR number for people to call when they have issues with their supervisors. It’s more like a power thing, they feel that agents are underneath them so we just have to do anything they say even if we don’t feel it’s right. I’m not putting my name or date that I worked here it’s not necessary. Save your time though don’t apply here don’t work here, let the business fall to the ground because they’re a bunch OF SCAMMERS that lets employees take the heat of customers for something they’re not doing for them! Something we cannot control, we cannot provide resolution to the customers but companies are told to call us for a refund when we do not have that ability. SAVE YOUR TIME don’t work here SCAMMERS SCAM SCAM SCAM!
