Great team members at the location, own office (as the space is empty), coffee & filtered water, Christmas gifts (no other bonus though)

Minpunten

empty space, old-school furniture, no men allowed to work at reception, micromanagement, no feeling and understanding for how thing work in Europe/German from higher management, no home office

Pay is good, team is nice and workload is reasonable.

Asking for an increase seems like an insult, center management is limited by senior management constantly, cannot ask for a day off/sick day "too often"
