Favoritism is through the roof here. It’s a constant theme across many centers. Most places you will gain favor as long as you sell a lot, but at this place even if you sell it doesn’t matter if you’re not constantly kissing up. Other sales people put a full court press on sucking up to compensate for their lack of ability.

Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
