Management was great with constructive criticism and made sure to make time for any employees if any problems arose (which was a rarity). They were extremely flexible with scheduling and working with people where they are at. Virtual meetings were conducted weekly to make sure communication was kept throughout the company, including those who were remote and worked in different states. A major pro is how the management would make themselves available for any employees if they needed help or had questions. Questions were always welcomed and treated as such. They also always did the most for their employees and made everyone feel like they were part of the team, during work hours, as well as outside of work hours. By celebrating achievements for each employee and making the best accommodations they could for each employee on business trips.

It can be slow moving at times, but the busy times do make up for this. This is a job where you have to be self motivated and ready to work hard when the time comes.

The atmosphere is inviting from the start. Everyone is great and all working toward the same goals. That definitely makes a difference. Work life balance is incredible. Pay ranges from competitive to good. This is a company that’s on its way up with no ceiling in sight. It’s going to be a fun journey!

If you’re expecting that you’re going to be told what to do hour by hour with a strict training regiment, it’s not gonna happen. This does require a little self-discipline to keep busy until you get the hang of things. But if you’re in anyway, ambitious or creative, the extra time pays off. Allows you the flexibility to contribute in ways that will be supported.
