You could wait 3weeks for orientation to start, make all the arrangements for a daycare, spend money on work attire, and get to work e very day 15 minutes early(before either owners get there), to arrive the Monday following orientation training week get your office and go over the on call schedule that just got emailed the day before on Sunday. You might see that you are on call every 3-4 weeks instead of every 5-6. You might be excited at the opportunity to make 65k a year ( which might make you so happy if you were a single mom starting over with 2 young boys). You might also just prepare yourself for the biggest waste of your time, to be professionally disappointed and to be hired with a set of completely empty fake core values that hang on the wall. Be prepared to listen to the other employees complain a lot, and hear constant excuses why they aren't organized or actually training you.
