Colleagues will do everything they can to make you leave if they feel like you're a threat to their strategic position in the company. Management has very poor technical knowledge and will blindly trust whatever they are told by the employee they like best. The tech stack is poor. Interactions with the customers is a lot of empty promises with very little to show for it. Measuring objectives is optional and the way you make people feel is instrumental if you want to succeed in this company. I personally could not thrive in this environment. The pay is overall decent, though.
