Working at Shack Events provided a great opportunity to develop strong customer service skills in high-pressure environments. The experience of working at large venues like Wembley Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was exciting and built confidence quickly. The role can be very demanding, especially during peak times where the pace is intense and breaks can be limited. Shifts can be long and physically tiring, particularly when working back-to-back events. As with many event-based roles, hours can sometimes feel inconsistent, and communication around shifts or expectations could occasionally be clearer.
