The people - everyone is so nice and fun to hang out with outside of work. There are plenty of happy hours and fun events to attend and bond with coworkers. Everyone is also so passionate about crypto and what ShapeShift is doing, that energy is contagious. The benefits are great as well! I love having a parking spot downtown. Working for Erik Voorhees is so cool and he's a great CEO!!

Minpunten

None at the moment - the layoff was tough but everyone has been so resilient and focused on putting out the new platform that we've been able to grow past it together.

Over the past year, the leadership team at ShapeShift has been focusing on company culture and the benefits are starting to pay off. Even with covid, the company is at a great chemistry point where everyone legitimately enjoys working with everyone. It's also fun to work at a company where everyone believes in the company mission and is a crypto enthusiast. Lastly, I appreciate the leadership team for making tough decisions and pivoting where necessary. I'm glad we are constantly evolving our strategy as the market dictates.

The unknowns if regulators are going to try to shut down our business (or try to limit crypto in general)
