The title of the review really says it all - just a superb group of people, working together to create the best product and service for their clients. I love continuing to watch this team grow and carve their path within this market.

The cons here are really no different than any others of a day-day job that you may already have. The one tangible thing I'd say is that the office isn't in San Francisco, so the commute can be a bit much.

Great culture with a very supportive environment. When the going gets tough everyone is helpful and always willing to lend a hand. There is a lot of focus on the team collaboration and working together to achieve a common mission; to help brands utilize user generated content safely and effectively. Very positive environment with opportunity for personal/professional growth. The company is about to IPO in Australia so very exciting times over at RootHQ. Oh, and they come up with some pretty awesome nicknames too. There is a great social culture with people regularly taking breaks to shoot hoop or stretch as a group. I have to say I miss the team the most and especially, the guard dog Sesame who rules all.

Like any startup, your job is never “done” as there is always something to be done. You must be able to wear many hats and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
