Pluspunten
Great work-life balance. Hours were 9 to 5 and place was basically a ghost town by 5:15. They also give annual raises and bonuses for every fiscal. Coworkers are for the most party friendly and helpful. Good benefits. They also were very Green, which was nice.
Minpunten
Don't expect to be promoted anytime soon. Sure, they'll promise you a promotion and it will take months, years and sometimes won't ever happen. Then they seem to wonder why they can't keep driven, ambitious and talented people to stay there more than a few years. There are a lot of people who have been there forever, some of which are just phoning it (probably because of frustration with lack of growth opportunity.)
