Free parking - which isn’t much of a pro, it’s jus a standard expectation.

Minpunten

Redundancies. Very trigger happy on the redundancies. Business decisions do not match what’s physically happening on the front line. Management are rude, often unhelpful. Pay is way below industry standard.

Some of the direct people you work with are friendly and helpful.

This company is the most trigger happy when it comes to making people redundant. If a company you work for gets bought out by Shawbrook, they will take away all of your perks and company culture and eventually make you redundant.
