You do not see this combination every day. -The leadership is the best I have worked with. They genuinely care about the success of the individuals on this team and spend a lot of time focusing on how to help people exceed their potential. -Cutting-edge technology: sounds like a buzz word statement but it's true. -Mission: the mission and purpose of this company is the first opportunity I have had to make a real difference in the world and be part of something much bigger than myself. It's obvious this is at the core of what drives people to bring their A game every single day.

None! If I had to say one thing, maybe that it is a fast growing startup - with which comes growing pains and more work than there is time. That's being said.. that's why you join a startup. The hours are long and the work is hard -- but I don't see anyone complaining.
