- Will have you doing the job of 5 people and will burn you out - Super high turnover - Senior management will openly trash-talk other employees and openly joke about how the company has no money. - Does NOT pay a living wage, and tries to make up for it with a frozen burger at the occasional BBQ.

Plenty of hours and leadership that stays engaged with the team, which really helps morale. There’s a real effort to make this a great place to work, and our senior manager stays grounded and supportive, especially when it comes to the supervisor team.
