cool tech. good pay and comp.

leadership is devoid and absent. the CEO is alone in Hawaii and has no pulse on the company. extremely poor morale and no culture, especially for remote workers. people are constantly are leaving or getting fired. it’s a miserable work environment where most everyone is afraid. AVOID.

Wonderful culture. - You will make a difference here - You will find yourself in front of decision makers and customers - There is zero micromanagement - Great office in Rosslyn - Really good benefits and some quality of life options - Competitive pay - Unlimited PTO that people actually use

- One con may be if you want a very prescriptive 9 to 5. There are certainly roles that offer that here but as a startup you'll likely wear many hats,
