Passionate people all around the country aligned on a rapidly expanding set of hard problems. Rapidly changing, dynamic environment. We get to work with some of the coolest transportation and weapons systems on the planet - and make a difference to their mission/uptime/security. Advantages of remote work with enough in-person get togethers to stay connected

Minpunten

Sometime hard to keep up with the changes and manage WLB . Management is working hard to stay ahead of the change, but not always there. High expectations pull on limited resources.

Wonderful culture. - You will make a difference here - You will find yourself in front of decision makers and customers - There is zero micromanagement - Great office in Rosslyn - Really good benefits and some quality of life options - Competitive pay - Unlimited PTO that people actually use

- One con may be if you want a very prescriptive 9 to 5. There are certainly roles that offer that here but as a startup you'll likely wear many hats,
