Pluspunten
1. Work culture is really good, talking about the product team per se, it is a 35 people team working towards making different products better. 2. Flexible work hours- Since the companies have started working from the office, Shiprocket offers a MWF culture for the Product team and Devs completely wfh. 3. Close to zero Attrition. I've rarely seen someone leave Shiprocket's Product team early. The possible reason for this might be the kind of work that people do, this is one of the few orgs where Product Management is actual Product Management, and the amount of ownership that one has to drive, makes every day better and more interesting.
Minpunten
The only con can be possibly the location of the office, there is no drawback in the office but comparing locality with the hip locations of Gurgaon, Sultanpur falls short of Cafes nearby.
