The people that work here all think they are 10x better than they are because the company big them up so much the salary is appalling the management is appalling they don't care about how you feel about your work they only care if you are a robot like the rest of the people here You don't know where you stand with management, one minute they are telling you off for something petty as hell, the next moment they make a laugh and a joke with you, makes for a very uncomfortable environment Also, it is almost as if the company teaches their employees to throw other employees under the bus to progress their own career
