- Some excellent people have left because of poor management decisions. The new CRO lacks the knowledge, experience and empathy to point Shootsta in the right direction. Yes, he's from a well known software company. But Shootsta is a completely different ball game. It was clear that there is no long term interest in the business for him... - The commission structure is one of the worst I've seen. - Aggressive targets with little to no support. Good luck. - Work life balance is terrible. - Editors and staff lower down the tree are treated horribly. The lack of empathy and care for some of these individuals is disgusting. They're human. So treat them like humans.
