In July 2019 we promoted Amit Agarwal to the position of President of ShopLC. You will find our executive team consists of very diverse professionals working with Amit to continuously implement many positive changes. Listening to our employees is key to our success. One of the many impactful forums for getting feedback we can action for our team is that we conduct employee engagement surveys to understand what is working and where we can improve. From the feedback, we have already implemented more than 85 suggestions from our team members to ensure a caring and safe working environment for all. Additionally, our monthly Town Hall meetings offer an opportunity for employees to ask questions or offer recommendations to continue making ours a great place to work. While our continued progress does not change the experience that you had while at ShopLC, we hope that you take comfort in knowing that your concerns did not go unheard.
