CTO is the root cause of toxic culture Ridiculous deadlines, transfer from microservices to monorepo in two weeks? lol Workload becomes extremely high after massive layoffs, you have to transfer yourself from current role to be almighty (FE, BE, Data, Infra) with little merit increment and bonus.
